What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store the name, organization, email, and any optional phone, sector, offer interest, budget, timeline, and message you provide. When you choose to save AI Readiness Assessment results we store your answers, your score, and the contact details you enter. We also record basic context about how you arrived — the page you submitted from, the referring address, and campaign parameters in the link you used. We do not require an account and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a useful first conversation, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed. Assessment results are stored only when you explicitly tick the consent box. You can see your assessment results in full without submitting anything.
Consent
Both forms require you to confirm, by ticking a box, that we may store your details and contact you about your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of that consent.
Who can see it
Submissions are readable only through trusted server-side access by ShiftIQ. They are not readable from the public website, and they are not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. We rely on third-party hosting, database, and email delivery providers; the email provider processes the details you submit solely to deliver an internal notification to ShiftIQ. Each provider processes data on our behalf and receives only what its function requires. If we later add another provider we will update this policy.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are commercially useful or legally required, and we remove them on request unless we must retain them.
AI and your data
Information you send through this site is not used to train public AI models. In client engagements, client data is not used to train public models without written authorization.
Security
We apply data minimization, role-based access, and least-privilege integrations, and we keep access limited to those who need it. We do not claim any formal compliance certification — see our trust page for the controls we do apply and the claims we deliberately avoid.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form, include your reference number if you have one, and we will respond within two business days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
